Term Enrolment Policies

Payment Policies
A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in any of our term classes. Failure to pay the deposit by the due date will result in the cancellation of your spot.
All outstanding payments are due before your child’s first class. Failure to pay may result in denial of entry. If enrolment fees are unpaid by the end of week one a 10% administration fee will be applied.
Enrolment is automatically rolled over to the following term to retain your child’s spot until you contact us and terminate your enrolment.

Refund Policies
Once the term has begun, term enrolments are non-refundable. Missed sessions are not refundable.

If a student suffers an injury that prohibits participation in the long term, a credit or refund will be made available to them. A medical certificate must be provided.

Missed Classes and Make Up Sessions
Credits are not provided for missed classes due to illness, family holidays or personal commitments.
In the instance that a student misses a class during the school term, they are able to attend up to 2 make-up sessions within that school term.

Make-up classes cannot be carried over to the following term. Availability is not guaranteed for class make-up sessions, as classes may be fully booked.

Watching Classes
Parents, friends or siblings of the students are not allowed to watch during class to ensure students focus. In the last week of the term we have a watching week where parents, siblings and friends can come watch for the last 30 minutes of the class.

Private Classes and Trial Sessions
For private classes and trial sessions a 12-hour cancellation policy applies. Failure to provide 12 hours notice, and/or a no show to the session results in loss of your payment.
Student Waiver Form
A student waiver form is required to be completed prior to attendance of class.
